  11. Include Fiber in Food. If you add fiber in your food you will feel fuller and never feel hungry for a long time. Whenever you can’t take a lot of fibber at one time because of digestion issues. So include fiber sometimes.

  12. Skip drinking Soda. There’s nothing more terrible than drinking void calories. What’s more, picking diet soft drinks are not a better choice. The researcher says that add soft drinks in the diet may increase your weight and fat. I want some fizzy drink then choose normal mineral water or can drink fruit juice like orange juice.

  13. Healthy snack Snacks are not bad for health. A very small snake can help you to skip fatty fast foods. Pick a couple of almonds, a little apple in your bag pack.
