  1. HEALTH SERVICES UNION NSW

  2. HSU: Protecting the Rights of Healthcare Workers Allied and aged care workers put in a lot of effort & care while rendering their duties. The HSU or the Health Services Union ensures that the rights of these health care workers are well protected. The HSU has been carrying out several campaigns as “Stop Bullying at workplace,” “We All Matter”,“ Ambulance Paramedics” & the “$1000 No Way Campaign.”

  3. The “We All Matter” campaign was designed to highlight and showcase the work of health care workers without whom Australia would not be able to enjoy state of the art healthcare system. The “$1000 no way campaign” was launched to protest against rising vehicle parking fees in public hospitals. HSU is also working to improve the number of Ambulance paramedics in proportion to the rise in population.

  4. What happens in case you get seriously injured while travelling to work? HSU has the Journey Insurance Policy for its members. The Journey Insurance covers HSU members for accidents on the way to or from work with members being entitled to up to 85% of their weekly wage or a max of $1500 per week.

  5. Become a part of HSU today to enjoy Journey Insurance, Bereavement benefits, professional indemnity insurance and more. The health workers union members also enjoy several rewards, discounts, educational help and free legal services. For more details, please visit www.hsu.asn.au or Call 1300-478-679
