  3. Why do we fundraIse? The parkland football booster club Bylaws state: to enhance and promote the capability of the football program. We recognize the public school district may not have the financial resources to fully support and/or enhance the football program and therefore the Association will endeavor to reasonably make such funds available.

  4. What your contributions are used for • Gifts • Scholarships • Administrative costs • Small games license • insurance • Team building events • powerlifting • Friday night dinners • Football Banquets • Awards • Shirts • Double session lunches • Senior night • Team equipment • Food/drinks • Trojan war

Varsity Players • FRAMED ACTION PHOTO FOR SENIORS • SENIOR FOOTBALL JERSEY • END OF SEASON BANQUENT • END OF SEASON GIFTS AND AWARDS • THREE (3) SCHOLASRSHIPS FOR SENIORS [$500 EACH], possibly more • PROTEIN POWDER AND SHAKER BOTTLE • Friday Game Team Dinners for players / coaches • Shirt off your back night T-shirts/pictures • Trojan war T-shirt • Trojan war pizza party • Movie night with snacks • Videographer - recording every game • Hudl • SENIOR NIGHT DINNER

Junior Varsity players • POST SEASON TEAM BANQUET • VIDEOGRAPHER-RECORDING EVERY GAME • HUDL • END OF SEASON GIFTS • END OF SEASON AWARDS • POWERLIFTING SHIRT [LIFT-A-THON] • LIFT-A-THON PARTY • PROTEIN POWDER AND SHAKER BOTTLES • Friday Game Team Dinners for players / coaches (if suiting for Varsity game) • Packed lunches for away games and scrimmages • Gatorade for Double lunches in August • Trojan war T-shirt • Trojan war pizza party • Movie night with snacks

PFBC Membership Dues: • Seniors, Juniors, & Sophomores - $100 • Freshman - $75 • Middle School - $50 • IF you have two or more football players in your family, the cost is for the higher grade player.  Benefits: • voting rights at the PFBC meetings [second Tuesday of each month at 7 pm.]  • $10.00 off the final banquet cost to your family.  • a hotdog/soda punch card to be used at five (5) home games.  • Parkland Football Rally towel.

  10. Fundraising goal $500 contribution per family of Sr, Jr, Soph, & Fresh players $250 contribution per family of Middle school players $750 contribution, If two players from same family

  11. Fundraising goal How does each family Reach their goal? Families meet their respective fundraising goal by a combination of volunteering (Parents & Player), monetary contributions, & securing sponsors.

  12. 2019 Fundraisers Mattress warehouse – Saturday, may 4th, 10-5 Car wash – Saturday, June 15th, 9-12 Golf outing – Friday, June 21st, 12p Poker bingo – Saturday, august 24th, 7-10 Wing eating/team building – Tuesday, July 23rd, 4 Parkland Football Booster Club Member – join by August 1st Football Mania – selling in August Trojan Challenge – completed during doubles

Varsity/JV $500 (ExamplE) • Membership Dues - $100 • Senior Advertisement in Program Book - $100 • Snack Stand Duty per person - $25 credit – (2x) = $50 • Friday Night Varsity Team Dinner - $25 credit per person, per game • Trojan Challenge - $100 • Lift-A-Thon - $20 • Football Mania - $100 • Player Volunteers, per event - $25 credit • Car Wash - $20 • Bingo - $40
