Position of Figure and Tables Captions of Figure and Tables Figure axis Example 論文投稿格式-Figure and Tables
You do not need to position figures and tables at the top and bottom of each column All figures and tables can be at the end of the paper Do not put borders around the outside of your figure Large figures and tables may span both column Position of Figure and Tables
Place Figure captions below the figures Place Table titles above the tables Use the abbreviation “Fig.” Do not abbreviate “Table.” Tables are numbered with Roman number Please do not include captions as part of the figure Captions of Figure and Tables
Do not put captions in “text boxes” linked to the figure Statements of table that serve as captions for the entire table do not need footnote letters There is a period after the figure number , followed by two space Ex. Fig.1 ABCDE Captions of Figure and Tables
Figure axis • Use words rather than symbol Ex. 可以寫成”Magnetization”或”Magnetization M”但不要只寫”M” • Put units in parentheses. Do not label axes only with units Ex. 可以寫成”Magnetization (A/m)”或”Magnetization ( )”不可只寫”(A/m)”
Figure axis • Do not label axes with a ratio of quantities and unit Ex. 可以寫成”Temperature (K)”但不能寫成”Temperature/K” Ex. 可以寫成”Magnetization (kA/m)”或” Magnetization ( A/m)”但不能寫成” Magnetization (A/m) *1000”
Figure labels should be legible , approximately 8 to 12 point type No vertical lines in table Ps. Do not use color unless it is necessary for the proper interpretation of your figure Figure axis
