Although we deal with unsanitary work environments daily and are accustomed to practicing proper health and safety guidelines, we are taking extra precautionary measures. We are still offering in-home pickups, but as an extra precaution, we encourage our customers to book outdoor pickups, if physically able, in efforts to practice recommended social distancing. You can place unwanted items anywhere outside your home or business that is easily accessible by our team and we will pick it up and haul it away safely. Our customers and truck loaders are never required to come in direct contact during outdoor pickups. While we are encouraging outside pickups, we understand some situations call for heavy lifting and we want you to know you can rely on us to ensure a seamless in-home pickup experience in an environment that promotes and protects safety for all. As a company, we work closely with each other and the general public on a day-to-day basis. While we always take cleanliness seriously, we are also taking additional pro-active steps in accordance with the CDC and local health department. •Hand sanitizer, gloves and surgical/cloth mask are provided on every truck. If an in-person junk removal service is required 6-foot social distancing is always followed. Payments can be completed over the phone or online through our advanced invoicing system to limit contact. •All team members are following CDC recommended hygiene and prevention best practices and are encouraged to closely monitor their health and their family members. •We ask of any customers to communicate any news of specific COVID-19 cases that may involve our service or anyone that may encounter a Hawaii Junk Removal personnel. We are happy to be able to provide this safe junk removal experience for our customers during this time and in the future. Not only can we help you declutter your waste and junk in a safe manner, but also dispose of it responsibly. In everything we do, we are guided by our values and our purpose: to provide exceptional service with honesty and transparency.
