  4. Question #1 What meaningful changes could be made to improve the access to healthcare system in Maryland? Are they politically viable?

  5. Question #2 Can you describe any ways that might reduce the bureaucracy of the current health care system?

  6. Question #3 What initiatives or revisions might be undertaken at the state level that would be incentives for providers to practice in the state?

  7. Question #4 Should the state of Maryland look at an all payer system that goes beyond the hospitals or maintain a free market system?

  8. Question #5 • Is there “REAL or PERCEIVED” medical malpractice crisis in the state of Maryland? • What steps should be taken to address malpractice reform?
