  10. PERFORMANCE COURSESUMMER WORKOUTS • This is the most important thing your athlete can do this summer! • Not mandatory but very important. Gym memberships and trainers are great to get Extra work. Nothing takes place of teammates working out together. • Professional Strength /Speed Staff on LSHS Campus • www.performancecourse.com • JUNE 16-JULY 31st MON-THURS • OFF WEEK OF JULY 4TH • Workout times – 7-9am (10-12) and 10:45am-12:15pm (6-9) • Vacations / Camps are great: be here when in town. Parents make sure kids are here!

  12. PARENT COMMUNICATION • We want you to be involved in our program. Communication is key to a successful relationship. Make sure your son openly communicates with his position coach, coordinator, and head coach. We cannot help if we do not know there is a problem. This should occur before a coach receives an email or phone call from parent. Trying to teach these young men responsibility.

  14. EQUIPMENT NEEDS / ONLINE STORE • ATHLETES ONLY WEAR WHAT WE PROVIDE OR PURCHASE FROM ONLINE STORE, link is on website • NO EXTRA PINK, only wristbands we provide • SHOES, GLOVES, SLEEVES, TOWELS, ETC… • ORDERS WILL BE SENT TO LSHS AND DELIVERED TO ATHLETES
