  1. Welcome to the second meeting of FaBStar From the previous meeting you have decided on three issues which the group feels need to be addressed. Today you will be considering how these issues interrelate with the ecology and human environment of Farwater Bay Farwater Bay Stakeholder GroupFaB Star

  2. The issues that were selected in the previous meeting may not be what you consider to be the most important to you. But they may well impact you if you are not involved in their management (10 minutes) Consider the three issues that were chosen. How will changes in these issues affect you? For each issue list three social, three economic and three environmental impacts (positive or negative) that managing the issue, would have on you. Report these back to the group. (20 minutes). For each issue, construct a SPICOSA CZM loop identifying human activities, forcing pressures, system states, , responses, Impacts, and policy changes. Report these loops back to the group. As a group Try to develop a conceptual model for the system which includes these steps
