  2. Stress. Hygienic diseases, infections, problems e.g hepatitis, typhoid etc. Obesity. Skin cancer, lung cancer etc. S.T.D’S, S.T.I’S. Drugs, smoking, alcohol. Diabetes. Not keeping active, been lazy. Types of lifestyle diseases.

  3. Contributing factors to some lifestyle diseases. Take up a sport you enjoy or activity that gives you a vigorous work out. This will keep you fit and prevent obesity and some types of diabetes. Have protected, sex use a condom and this may prevent most types of S.T.D’S and S.T.I’S and make sure you know who and what you are having sex with. Do not take up drugs or smokes this will increase your lifetime and will stop lung, mouth and most types of cancer. Drink to minimum and only drink red wine and port due to its good for your heart and drink a minimum of spirits. Maintain a healthy hygiene to prevent hygienic diseases and infections e.g typhoid, hepatitis.

  4. How to keep fit. • 2 fruit and 5 vegetables a day. • Take up a sport that you enjoy and gives you a good work out. • Go to the Gym. • Keep healthy don’t eat junk food regularly.

  5. How to keep fit. • Maintain a healthy diet. • Maintain your vitamins. • Drink lots of fluids. E.g water. • Enjoy life.
