  3. Introduction ICT is a fundamental literacy of the 21st Century which should be infused pervasively in education, in order to prepare our students to participate as citizens of an interconnected and knowledge-driven world.

Recommendations from 2nd AEMM More networking and sharing of experiences: • Initiating exchange or attachment programs • Setting up a web portal to learn from experiences • Strengthening the outreach programs of existing centers of excellence for higher education in APEC • Establishing International IT Volunteer to promote the use of IT in APEC
