Summary of Rate Credit Information Eligible Customers at June 30, 2010: • Single Family Residential 3,500 • Multi-Family Residential 770 • Commercial/Industrial 553 Total Credit Amount: $1,428,575 Additional billing for blocks 4 and 5 through July 15, 2010 • Effective date of City Council approved rate changes Credits applied to December/January bills

  3. Credit Donation Process • PUSD/PEF letter sent to eligible customer list • Approximately October 20 • Customer elects portion of credit to donate • Some or all of the credit may be donated • Donation will be tax deductible • Information returned to PWP for processing • Must be returned by November 15 • Credits accumulated on behalf of PUSD/PEF • Donated credit removed from customer’s billing record • PWP releases accumulated funds to PUSD/PEF • By end of December 2010
