  1. Outreach: Nanodays for the public at the public Library NaiPhuanOng, Princeton University, DMR 0819860 Daniel Steinberg, Princeton Center for Complex Materials (PCCM) PCCM continues to grow its outreach efforts to the public.  On March 31st 2012, the newest initiative was launched in an effort to introduce nanotechnology and materials science.  Partnering with the NSF funded NISENetNanoDays program and the Princeton Public Library, PCCM scientists and engineers interacted with over 500 public participants, sharing their expertise and explaining the rewards and potential risks associated with materials science and nanoscience.  The Princeton Public Library has proven to be a valuable educational partner and is enthusiastic about a continued partnership; its 80,000 annual visitors hailing from diverse backgrounds serve as a great resource to PCCM education outreach.  Contact Education & Outreach Director Dr. Daniel Steinberg for more information: dsteinbe@princeton.edu or 609-258-5598 http://www.princeton.edu/~pccm/outreach/
