Background • 12 high Impact Changes identified at last years NYDIF conference in response to QIPP, 8 of them taken forward with a DI lead and SHA support. • The programme is on the Agenda of the Y&tH IM&T Programme Board • Overall Programme co-ordinated by Trevor then Me. • Each workstream has developed it’s own management and/or governance arrangements. • Progress in each workstream as been variable • Environment has completely changed since these workstreams were agreed

Open Discussion – The way Forward • We need to consider:- • Have we achieved what we set out to do • Do the workstreams align to the QIPP agenda • Should we drop any, are there others • Are we managing the programme & workstreams well • Do we need to accelerate any of the workstreams • What do we need to make then successful
