  23. Golf Tournament Events • Using a scramble format, the tournament will benefit the American Kidney Fund and will include many special individual hole events, sponsored by renal care community vendors. Corporate sponsorship of these events will be prominently displayed. RETURN

  24. Tennis Tournament Events • This tournament will include men’s and women’s singles, plus men’s and women’s doubles and mixed doubles events to benefit the American Kidney Fund. Corporate sponsorship of this event will be prominently displayed. RETURN

  25. Shopping Event • For the less athletically inclined, a shopping event at the Biltmore Fashion Park will result in “trophies” on display at the Saturday Evening Dinner and Awards Banquet. Corporate sponsorship of this event will be prominently displayed. RETURN

  26. Scholarships for Patient Participants • Since the focus of the Conference is the patient, we want to insure patient presenters are included. Corporate sponsorship of scholarships for patient presenters will be prominently acknowledged in all program sessions. RETURN

  27. Room KeyPersonalization Sponsor.....$5,000 • Upon check-in, each attendee will receive a room key with the KDEC logo and the sponsor’s logo displayed on the key card. Each time the key is used, the key sponsor will be acknowledged. This is a great added exposure for the sponsor. RETURN

Tote Bags............................$2,500 • At registration, attendees will be given a tote bag containing the program book, and conference materials in a tote bag featuring the KDEC Conference logo and the sponsor’s logo. The sponsor receives “billboard” exposure during the Conference. RETURN

  29. Polo Shirts...........................$5,000 • Included in the Conference materials distributed at registration is a commemorative polo shirt bearing the KDEC Conference logo and the sponsor’s logo on the sleeve. Sponsor’s exposure extends well beyond the life of the Conference. RETURN

  30. BadgeHolder/Lanyards..................$2,000 • During the Conference, admission to all sessions will be by badge only. The registrants will receive their badge holder and lanyard with their conference materials. This item affords a “billboard” opportunity for the sponsor. RETURN

  31. Notepads.............................$2,500 • Attendees will receive a Notepad in their conference materials with the KDEC logo and the sponsor’s logo prominently displayed. The sponsor will continue to gain valuable exposure long after the Conference. RETURN
