GENERAL REMINDERS VALUABLES Please take care of valuables & personal items B.Y.O.B Bring Your Own Bag to store student’s personal belongings (i.e. Wallets & Handphones) as there were cases of students leaving personal items around last year. HOUGANG SECONDARY SCHOOL is NOT responsible for lost items

  12. REGISTRATION @ ISH Time[10:00 – 11:30 am] Schools to register & weigh-in: All participants must be accompanied by Teacher ICs Teachers to receive ID Tags • COMPULSORY ITEMS: • NRIC / EZ Link Card (for weigh-in) • Grading Log Books

  14. SAFETY MEASURES • JUDO RAMS • Baseline Safety Standards form • Enhanced Insurance for school athletes

  15. SPECTATORSHIP LIMITED SPACE • Standing space only. • Teacher ICs are accountable for their supporters’ and parents • STRICTLY NO OUTSIDERS

  16. Participants to report for bout check-in at least 20 minutes before proceeding to WAITING AREA in hall COMPETITORS CONTROL CENTRE (CCC)

  17. JUDOKAS RECOVERY AREA JRA @ Hall (Near Stage) Participants MUST move to JRA (Judokas Recovery Area) for visual assessment after EACH BOUT. Once assessed that participant is ok, they should check the CCC board for updates & rehydrate for next bout
