  4. Team London BID area: 01/10/2013 – 31/12/2013 Performance Overall this is the lowest quarter over 2013/14 period. Also significant down from the same quarter (Q3) of 2012/13. Other Theft has remained almost the same (121 offences from 122 offences) in this period compared to the previous 3 month period. This still accounts for 40% of offences for the footprint area. Other Theft continues to be the main problem for the area. The area has shown a decrease in number of Theft of Bicycles with 25 offences, from 40 offences in the previous quarter. Previously the increase was attributed to more bicycle use in the warmer weather. Therefore the change in weather seems to correspond with this. Also Theft Person (Snatch and Pickpockets) has continued to drop to 40 offences (compared to 44 in Q2 and 51 in Q1 in 2013.
