Gilberto Inda Durán, Presidente de la CPCEM y Secretario de la Contraloría General, en compañía del Presidente Municipal de Caborca, Dr. Hernán Méndez Oros, inauguró la Reunión Regional e invitó a los presentes a aprovechar al máximo a los expositores.
