In an earlier 1960s research at the company, the original concept was for a twin-engined floatplane. • In 1962, the CL-215 was designed for Water Bombing. • CL-215 had its maiden flight on October 1967. In 1969, the plan had its first delivery. Through five series, CL-215s has ended its production. • The 415 first flew on December 6, 1963, and made its first deliveries in November 1994.
