Rationale • Accounting at the heart of business management • Accountancy expertise in BBS (academic staff, established research centre, publications and events) • Strong relationships with accountancy bodies • Further develops understanding of accounting in a management context • Offers a competitive curriculum • And does not compete with MSc Finance and Accounting offered by School of Social Sciences, which focuses on finance and economics (only one accounting module)

Entry criteria • 2.1 degree in a business-related discipline with evidence of numeracy skills and satisfactory references; 2.2 degree considered, if evidence of relevant work experience (min 2 years) • non-business/management disciplines will be eligible if first class honours degree • non-degree qualifications considered if relevant work experience (min 5 years) • IELTS Level 6.5 (min 6.0 in Writing and 6.5 in others)
