  3. Motivation • Issues+challenges natural part of industry maturation/evolution… • Need for: • Neutral forum • Open dialogue • Constructive “conflict” • Everyone’s best interest to make things better…

  4. Agenda – Day-1 • 10:15 – Opening lecture • 11:00 – coffee break • 11:15 – “Hot Seat” panel • 12:30 – lunch break • 14:00 – Group work • 16:00 – coffee break • 16:15 – More group work • 17:15 – Keynote lecture • 18:00 – Cocktail reception

  5. House Keeping… • Set mobile phones to vibrate • Hand-out has all agenda/session details • Feedback form at end of Summit • Post-Summit email list – opt-out… • Come back for Day-2!

  6. “Rules of Engagement” • No right or wrong answers… • Focus on constructive • Don’t break your NDAs! • Don’t hog the mic; be respective of time constraints • Make new connections (i.e., don’t sit with coworkers/buddies)
