Staff turnover, Starters, Leavers and promotions Staff Turnover Staff turnover in the first quarter was 2.2% which is consistent with the turnover rateafter the first quarter in the last three years. At this rate the full year turn over would be 8.8% 10 staff have left the ICO from April 2016: This comprised 6 promotions/role changes outside the ICO and 4 for personal reasons.
