  1. Mission To inspire & enable all youth, especially those who need us the most to realize their full potential to become a caring, responsible and productive citizen. Vision The Boys & Girls Clubs of Lake Eufaula will be recognized as the preeminent youth Development agency for providing accessibility quality programs and services for all youth. Purpose To promote the social, educational, health, leadership, and character development of boys and girls during critical periods of their growth.

OUTCOME MEASUREMENTS Improved academic success and engagement in school and learning Consistent school attendance Better Grades Higher Graduation Rates Avoidance of contact with Juvenile Justice System Abstinence from substance abuse and other risky behaviors Lower likelihood of Teen Pregnancy

CHANGES IN KNOWLEDGE OR ATTITUDES Positive attitude toward learning Positive attitude toward civic engagement and volunteerism Knowledge of Risky behaviors CHANGES IN BEHAVIOR Consistent school attendance GPA/Course grade improvement On-time grade progression Positive Club behavior Avoidance of contact with Juvenile Justice System Abstinence from substance abuse and other risky behaviors PROGRAM PARTICIPATION Participation in homework help/ tutoring Participation in volunteer activities and community service projects Hours of service completed by members Engagement in at least 60 minutes of daily physical activity OUTCOMES Increased engage-ment in school and learning Improved academic Success Demonstrated increase in positive character traits and civic engagement Increased positive engagement with the community Improved healthy habits and decision- making skills Demonstrated Commitment to leading a healthier lifestyle OUTCOMEMEASUREMENT FRAMEWORK: Outcomes can be measured in a number of different ways. Beyond tracking program participation, measuring changes in knowledge or attitudes (based on pre-and post-tests) and, ultimately, changes in behavior (primarily gathered using external data) are critical to demonstrating impact.
