Yes, show her all her abominations! 3 Then say, 'Thus says the Lord GOD: "The city sheds blood in her own midst, that her time may come; and she makes idols within herself to defile herself. WHAT DID THE LORD ASK EZEKIEL? WHY CALL JERUSALEM THE BLOODY CITY? WHAT SHOULD EZEKIEL MAKE KNOWN TO THEM?

WHY CALL JERUSALEM THE BLOODY CITY? READ: NAHUM 3:1 1 Woe to the bloody city! It is all full of lies and robbery. Its victim never departs. READ: HOSEA 4:1-2 1 Hear the word of the LORD, You children of Israel, For the LORD brings a charge against the inhabitants of the land: "There is no truth or mercy Or knowledge of God in the land. 2 By swearing and lying, Killing and stealing and committing adultery, They break all restraint, With bloodshed upon bloodshed. READ: DANIEL 4:27 27 Therefore, O king, let my advice be acceptable to you; break off your sins by being righteous, and your iniquities by showing mercy to the poor. Perhaps there may be a lengthening of your prosperity. NKJV

You have caused your days to draw near, and have come to the end of your years; therefore I have made you a reproach to the nations, and a mockery to all countries. 5 Those near and those far from you will mock you as infamous and full of tumult. WHAT WAS JERUSALEM GUILTY OF? WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO JERUSALEM?

You have caused your days to draw near, and have come to the end of your years; therefore I have made you a reproach to the nations, and a mockery to all countries. 5 Those near and those far from you will mock you as infamous and full of tumult. WHAT WAS JERUSALEM GUILTY OF? READ: 2 KINGS 21:16 16 Moreover Manasseh shed very much innocent blood, till he had filled Jerusalem from one end to another, besides his sin by which he made Judah sin, in doing evil in the sight of the LORD. WHAT WAS JERUSALEM GUILTY OF? READ: EZEKIEL 20:26 26 and I pronounced them unclean because of their ritual gifts, in that they caused all their firstborn to pass through the fire, that I might make them desolate andthat they might know that I am the LORD. HOW DID THE LORD RESPOND TO THEIR INIQUITY? READ: EZEKIEL 5:14 14 Moreover I will make you a waste and a reproach among the nations that are all around you, in the sight of all who pass by. NKJV

READ: PSALMS 44:13-14 13 You make us a reproach to our neighbors, A scorn and a derision to those all around us. 14 You make us a byword among the nations, A shaking of the head among the peoples. READ: EZEKIEL 11:6-7 6 You have multiplied your slain in this city, and you have filled its streets with the slain." 7 Therefore thus says the Lord GOD: "Your slain whom you have laid in its midst, they are the meat, and this city is the caldron; but I shall bring you out of the midst of it. READ: EZEKIEL 22:8-12 SINS OF JERUSALEM 8 You have despised My holy things and profaned My Sabbaths. 9 In you are men who slander to cause bloodshed; in you are those who eat on the mountains; in your midst they commit lewdness. 10 In you men uncover their fathers' nakedness; in you they violate women who are set apart during their impurity. 11 One commits abomination with his neighbor's wife; another lewdly defiles his daughter-in-law; and another in you violates his sister, his father's daughter. 12 In you they take bribes to shed blood; you take usury and increase; you have made profit from your neighbors by extortion, and have forgotten Me," says the Lord GOD. WHAT LAWS HAVE THEY BROKEN?

READ: EXODUS 20:8-10 8 "Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. 9 Six days you shall labor and do all your work, 10 but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD your God. In it you shall do no work: you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates. NKJV

WHAT LAWS HAVE THEY BROKEN? READ: LEVITICUS 19:16 16 You shall not go about as a talebearer among your people; nor shall you take a stand against the life of your neighbor: I am the LORD.

READ: LEVITICUS 12:2 2 "Speak to the children of Israel, saying: 'If a woman has conceived, and borne a male child, then she shall be unclean seven days; as in the days of her customary impurity she shall be unclean. MOTHER, MOTHER-IN-LAW, SISTER, DAUGHTER, AUNT, DAUGHTER-IN-LAW, SISTER-IN-LAW, GRAND-DAUGHTER 17 They are near of kin. It is wickedness. NKJV

READ: ISAIAH 17:10-11 10 Because you have forgotten the God of your salvation, And have not been mindful of the Rock of your stronghold, Therefore you will plant pleasant plants And set out foreign seedlings; 11 In the day you will make your plant to grow, And in the morning you will make your seed to flourish; But the harvest will be a heap of ruins In the day of grief and desperate sorrow. I, the LORD, have spoken, and will do it. 15 I will scatter you among the nations, disperse you throughout the countries, and remove your filthiness completely from you. 16 You shall defile yourself in the sight of the nations; then you shall know that I am the LORD."'" WHAT IS THE LORD’S JUDGMENT?

I, the LORD, have spoken, and will do it. 15 I will scatter you among the nations, disperse you throughout the countries, and remove your filthiness completely from you. 16 You shall defile yourself in the sight of the nations; then you shall know that I am the LORD."'" WHAT IS THE LORD DOING? WHAT IS THE LORD’S JUDGMENT?
