Welcome to Cedar Creek Elementary. Home of the Cyclones. Cedar Creek Elementary is located in Lee’s Summit Missouri. We are a suburb of Kansas City. There are 525 K-6 th grade students that attend. This is our art teacher, Miss Welling. She teaches over 500 students at our school.

  1. Welcome to Cedar Creek Elementary Home of the Cyclones Cedar Creek Elementary is located in Lee’s Summit Missouri. We are a suburb of Kansas City. There are 525 K-6th grade students that attend.

  2. This is our art teacher, Miss Welling. She teaches over 500 students at our school.

  3. Meet one of our fifth grade classes. We love art!

  4. My name is Trevor. I am working on a painting of a basket of fruit and vegetables. It is seen in Thanksgiving celebrations.

  5. Here are some pencil drawings of Indians (Native Americans) that our class did.

  6. We studied line design in this assignment.

  7. Our names are Ashford & Andrew. We created a castle from clay.

  8. In this project we studied a Russian artist named Gustav Klimt. We created snow scenes in the forest.

  9. Here is another one of our 5th grade classes. Art Rocks!

  10. My name is Landon. I love to draw. I especially love to draw cartoons.

  11. In this project we studied the work of Henri Matisse. He worked with paper cut-outs.

  12. This assignment dealt with positive and negative space as well as contrast.

  13. My name is Amaka. I am playing an Art game during my free time.

  14. Our study of contour lines.

  15. This piece was done with black paint and soft pastels.

  16. My name is Stan. We have the opportunity to work on the computer with different art programs during our art class.

  17. One of our favorite activities is painting.

  18. My name is Jordan. I enjoy reading from our Art library about different artists.
