Consolidated business plan of the Multilateral Fund (decision 61/5)

The Executive Committee decided:

  • The cost-effectiveness values for the foam and refrigeration sectors would be adjusted based on the combination of cost effectiveness values from decision 60/44(f) with those from the Technology and Economic Assessment Panel (TEAP) replenishment study, plus a 25 per cent climate premium as provided for in decision 60/44(f)(iv)

  • In order to keep funding within the remaining funds available for the 2009-2011 replenishment, US $22,190,000 in HCFC investment project funding from non low-volume consuming countries was re allocated to the 2012-2014 triennium.
