Grup: 300 TL 2+3. Grup: 400 TL 1+2+3. Grup: 500 TL 1 saat (30 Temmuz): 60 TL Kayıt için: sağlık raporu (aile hekimliği), 1 adet fotoğraf, nüfus cüzdanı sureti gereklidir.
