  3. Project Background • Train C diputuskanuntukoff-lineakibatpernahmengalamiflash-fire incident padasaatpekerjaanturn-aroundtahun 2003, yang dicurigaiakibatpyrophoric iron • Project team dimintauntukkembalimengak-tifkan Train C, untukmenambah gross produksidarilapanganoffshore

Project Scope BeberapaScope Major yang akandilakukanuntuk project C-Train reactivation adalah: • Chemical & Mechanical Cleaning terhadap 3 buah vessel separator – resource: contractor • Mechanical Cleaning terhadap Shell dan tube side dari 3 buah Heat Exchanger – resource: contractor. • Penggantian thermal insulation dari 2 buah vessel dan piping yang berhubungandenganproses – resource : contractor • Perbaikanterhadap internal parts dari vessel (penggantian calming baffle, demister, weir, dan nozzle resizing) – resource: in-house, Construction Dept. • Penggantian external parts dari vessel (level control bridle, level switches, level gauges dan sand drain piping) – resource: in-house, Construction Dept.
