  5. MR & CT Calcified disc+Osteophyte Calcified Mass

  6. Decompression + Dynamic Stabilisation AP Lat

  7. Outcome & Message • Post op, she improved significantly. • Neurologic , urinary improvement & back pain reduced, she is back to work • Message : Thoracic disc protrusions through rare, can be diagnosed late. Check for a sensory level on trunk in all cases
