Case Report BY: Yasser A.Elmotaleb Al- Azhar university. History:. A 49-year-old,atrafic police man presented to the Rheumatology clinic with complaints of pain in the sole of his foot 2 months duration received many medications without improvement.
Examination with 500 mg of over-the-counter acetaminophen, which he was taking every six hours.
Laboratory Investigation of the upper and lower extremities. Facial muscle strength was normal.
Discussion needed for
Conclusion: developing myopathy while taking doses less than 40 mg of prednisone.
