Interconnectedness
Interconnectedness

  • You maybe alone, but there are others/.

  • Alan always has a policy/..

  • One of the Daves may know/…

  • What someone says may not always fit, but/….

But what should i say
But what should I say….

  • Real time warnings and updates

  • The possibility of feedback when things are going wrong, this can be a little complex (but worthwhile for a number of reasons)/…

Trusted or anonymous sharing
Trusted or anonymous sharing?

  • The options are there for both, there is a time and a place for both in a WARP

  • Case study “a bad day for Julian”!!

Warps are not complex
WARPs are not complex?

  • A shared vision or mission is a basis from which to start

  • The WARP tool-kit

  • What happens next is up to you and your WARP/…

  • An early mile-stone should be trusted information sharing!

Outcomes
Outcomes/…

  • Peer checking of stuff, no matter how odd?

  • Development of information sharing protocols.

  • Better inter London borough consistency of approach to IT Security Stuff!

  • Conferences and “Study Days”/…

A warp for 2012
A WARP for 2012?
