Timeline for Implementation • PROCESS OF APPOINTMENT • Zone Academy Coach (ZAC) • Roles advertised and expressions of interest sought • Interviews – panel consisting of Coach Education Manager, Youth Programs Manager – Male or Female, local Regional Development Manager (RDM), local Zone representative determined by the Zone • Regional Coach (RC) • Payment is on a per session base • Expressions of interest sought from within the Zone • Expressions evaluated by ZAC, David Drew, RDM and local Zone representative • Interview RC if required or appoint new RC as necessary • Appointments to be ratified by the Coach Education Manager
