IT IS DIFFICULT TO EXPLAIN THE POSIBILITY OF CONSTRUCTION BY HUMAN HANDS. CERTAIN MEMBERS OF THE INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC COMMUNITY WONDERED ABOUT THE THEORY OF EXTRATERRESTRIAL CIVILIZATIONS.
