Standard - Minor deviations occur from the prescribed qualifications standards that are recognized and corrected in a timely matter. Individual or crew performance meets expectations. CRM skills are clearly effective. # 4. Performance - Remains well within the prescribed qualifications standards. Individual or crew performance, management and CRM skills are exemplary.
