Hank Blaisdell Remarkable Understanding of Marketing Utilizing a strong sense of humor and an understanding of the needs of credit union customers, Hank Blaisdell innovated unique approaches to this financial venue. Understanding that credit unions operate differently than banks, which pass profits on to shareholders instead of account holders, Hank Blaisdell inherently understood that his success in helping NCJ grow would lie in his success in reaching the account holders’ attention in new ways.In Hank Blasdell's twelve years at NCJ Credit Union he has taken steps to improve the banking experience. Even though he works in the Sales and Marketing Department, he has made recommendations.

That Blaisdell was able to educate himself in an arena he had not prepared for academically, and so quickly, told his employer a lot about his inborn creativity and adaptability.Hank Blaisdell, a graduate of Flat River University with a degree in history, didn't think he would make a career in the financial world.

Hank Blaisdell was able to increase NCJ’s productivity by 15% in the first two quarters of Hank Blaisdell’s unique approach to the traditionally dry business of banking finance.

  4. Hank Blaisdell Healthy Life Balance at Work and Play Hank Blaisdell has retained a love of early life experiences which made him happy into his middle years. Experience as a receiver on his high school football team has resulted in a lifelong love of sports. Hank Blaisdell is a regular fan of Reno’s Aces Triple-A baseball team, and of his state neighbor’s Arizona Diamondbacks, the region’s Major League Baseball team.He even enjoys watching the Diamondbacks' Triple-A affiliates, the Reno Aces, on days when his other teams aren't playing
