Challenge? • Meeting the needs of learners who have a basic ICT skills requirement so that they are able to engage with the e-College • Designing a curriculum which meets the expectations of learners who are living in a digital world and are experienced at using ICT as a learning medium (school leavers etc) • Developing a curriculum which will meet the needs of the business community offering flexibility and enhancing employer engagement.
