  1. Want to Buy an Industrial Fan? Flourishing industries are the backbone of any economy and hold a promise for the future. Not only do they make a profit by manufacturing economically viable products, but they also are important employment generating source. However, for any industry to flourish, it requires excellent infrastructure and dedicated manpower working in a healthy working environment. Industrial fan systems are at the helm of any industry that offers optimum working conditions to its employees by providing customized solutions for various purposes from cooling and exhausting heat to dust collection and material handling. There are many different types of fans that can be used in an industrial process and their utility is judged on the basis of various factors like the amount of air flow required, pressure and efficiency. Primarily, there are two different types of fans used in the industry - centrifugal fan and axial fan. The fundamental difference among these fans is in their design, functionality and air flow direction. Axial Fans

  2. Dating back to the horizontally configured windmills of Europe, the axial fans are the first electrically powered fans that were introduced in the 1880s. Deriving their name from the direction of the airflow, the axial fan forces air across its axis parallel to the direction of rotation along the shaft without any change in the direction of the air flow. Axial fans are characterized by a high flow rate, but the airflows they create are of low pressure and require a low power input for operation. Depending on the operating conditions and the location, axial fans of different dimensions and size are used. There are many axial flow fan manufacturers that create the most common types of industrial axial fans – tube axial, propeller & vane axial. Applications: Axial fans are most frequently used in industrial applications that require a uniform downstream of air distribution like cement, paper & wood, pharmaceutical, steel industry etc. Centrifugal Fans Invented in 1832 by a military engineer of the Russian Army, the Centrifugal fans are very different from the axial fans. They are popularly called as blowers as they contain a fan wheel that increases the pressure of an incoming airstream is increased by a fan wheel, moving the air radially. They also have an impeller that increases the speed of air stream entering into the fan. Depending on the diverse blade configuration such as forward curved, radial, backward curved, air foil etc., they are categorized into various fan types. Centrifugal fans with different designs and capabilities are used for various processes of industrial applications depending on the volume flow rate and pressure requirements. Applications: Centrifugal fans are the perfect solution for industries like cement, steel, chemical, thermal power etc. that require air movement. When it comes to providing tailored solutions to various industries for dust collection, maintaining good air quality index, boiler applications, ventilation, drying & cooling, air recirculation etc., both Axial Flow Fans and Centrifugal Fans are of great value. As they are designed to withstand different operating conditions such as low or high temperatures, abrasive dusty materials, acidic

  3. fumes, corrosive gases etc., axial fans, centrifugal fans or the Bagfilter Type Dust Collectors in Delhi are your best option for various industrial applications.
