2. Log in to AOL Mail :-  On your Internet browser then go to your aol.com.  This will bring you to the main AOL mail page where you can log in into your AOL email account with your username and password.  Click on the “Sign In” button which shows the bottom of the page to continue.

3. Go to “Account Info:- Once you’re signed in AOL email then you will be on the main page of AOL mail that has your inbox. On the far right corner, look for that "Options” button, and click on it. Look for your AOL Account Info” on the menu that displays, and click again

4. Answer your Secret Question:-  Open the new page, You will be asked to verify your account by answering your secret question. Type your secret answer into the box, and Click on “OK” continue to it.

5. Access your Account Recovery Information:-  After giving the right answer then go new page will load that has all of your AOL account information. In the middle of the page will be your Account Recovery Information. There are four options that you can add in there.

6. Add a Mobile Number:-  Type then your phone number section is a blue “Add” button. Click on the box and enter your Phone Number When you’re done, click on the “Save” button beside the box.

7. Add an alternate Phone Number:-  An alternate phone number gives you the option to enter another mobile Number should something happen to your Phone Number. Just click on “Add,” enter the mobile number by clicking on the box, and clicking on “Save” once finished.

8. Add an alternate email Address:-  Click on the “Add/Edit” button to open up a new box to where into type the alternate email address. Click on “Save” afterward.  A Your AOL email will go out to that email address you just entered to confirm that it’s yours. just need to sign in to that other email account when you’re done with AOL and click on the confirmation link in that your AOL email message.

9. Change your Security Question:-  Alter that clicking on “Edit” next to the security question. This will open up two boxes. The first one lets you select the question than a simple drop-down menu just clicks on the box and scroll through until you find the question that suits you. Click on the box below where to type in the answer to your security question. Click on the “Save” button afterward.

10. Review your AOL Account Recovery Settings Newly set in Place:-  When you are finished, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on the blue “Done” button. You have successfully edited your AOL email recover settings.
