Relationship and Local Community 20 National Youth Services (NYS) Participants appointed and paid a R2000 p/m stipend 6 of the NYS participants employed as permanent employee in the Department 4 Interns placed in the provincial office for mentoring purposes, R3000 x 12 months 1of the 4 interns also appointed in a permanent position in the Department. Campaigns and imbizos attended 16

Stakeholders Involvement Attend monthly JCPSC’s (Justice Crime Prevention and Safety Cluster) meetings Participate in all Departments Campaigns and Imbizos to reach communities in need of DHA services Regular communication with local municipality for service delivery Municipalities purchased films for Grade 12 ID campaign In contact with IEC and Premiers Office and other departments 16
