  1. VisiNET Launch • VisiCAD Command provides environment selection from any workstation allowing access to production, test and training environments from the same workstation.

  3. VisiCAD Command • Provides a highly configurable environment to meet the needs of any agency type and workflow. Views and controlling views of the CAD Environment are maintained in user profiles in accordance to the users administratively designated functionality group options. • Benefit: This provides for single or multi agency dispatching and call taking, in either single operator/dispatcher environments or segmented duty environments where call taking and dispatching are separate responsibilities.

  5. Call Forms • Call Forms are highly configurable by each agency. Multiple Call forms may be viewed and updated by a user simultaneously. Call forms may be in simplified view for call entry and switched automatically to detailed view for dispatcher review upon view selection. The rules of call form operation are configurable by each agency on a VisiCAD system through administratively friendly configuration tools.

  10. Call Linked Data • Illuminated Icons on Call Form indicate linked data: Top to bottom • Globe indicates Map Location Plotted. Acts as button to locate call on map. • Bulls eye indicates Geo-Location achieved. • House with I indicated a Premise / Commonplace file exists for this location. • SOP Book indicates that this location has special SOP for the problem nature invoked. • The yellow exclamation in Triangle indicates Caution Note Present. • The Alarm Bar Icon indicates alarm data present. • The Hazmat symbol indicates the presence of recorded hazmat materials. • The house and checklist icon indicates previous history at this address and location.

  15. Assigned Units Queue Above: Assigned Units Queue: VisiCAD provides multiple options for active event and active unit monitoring. The Assigned Units Queue Configuration option allows an agency to retain an information line on every unit assigned to the same event.

  18. Unit Status Queue The Unit Status Queue Provides the "Bull Pin" view of all resources and their status. Like all VisiCAD Queues, It supports manipulation through Drag and drop, right click options, buttons and command line, providing an environment that is easy to control from any means of dispatch. All queues are filterable, sort-able and resizable. Preferences save to the profile of individual users or may be administratively configured to be uniform for all users.
