ACTIVITY Using your knowledge of supporting improvement develop a brief overview plan that would respond and prioritise in: Phase 1: short term - support the organisation immediately and responsively Phase 2: medium term – demonstrate ‘reasonable’ or ‘significant’ progress Phase 3: long term – build capacity and sustain self-improvement You have flipchart paper and 10 minutes You will be asked to feedback your plan
