二元弱酸解 离常数的测定. 王文静. 有个粗测二元弱酸 H 2 A 的解离常数的实验,先以酚酞为指示剂,用 0.1mol/L 的 NaOH 进行滴定,酚酞变色时滴定体积为 V ,量取等量的酸三份,依次加入 1/4V 、 1/2V 、 3/4V 的 NaOH ,分别测得其 PH 值为 3.4 、 5.4 、 9.2 ,这与理论上不符,应舍去哪个值,为什么?如何改进?. PH = 1/2 ( PK1 + PK2 ). PH = PK2. PH = PK1. 解: 1/4V 、 1/2V 、 3/4V 时的主要形体分别为 H2A 与 HA 、 HA 、 HA 与 A.
