Secret Key Comprising of 24 alpha-numeric characters Key printed on Sancharnet Card for New Internet Account, referred as Registration Key can be used to create a new account with the package name printed on the card and the Account will be Created in Service System of the Node printed as City name.   45. Lifecycle of registration key Stock: This status tells that it is a newly generated key and not yet sold. Data Networks, BSNL, New Delhi

  46. Invalid: Any PSN can be marked as Invalid. By invalidating the PSN we are making the corresponding key unusable. For security reason there is no provision kept in the system to change Invalid PSN to valid PSN. Data Networks, BSNL, New Delhi

  47. Sold/Not Activated: This status tells that it is sold but not yet available to customer or not yet activated by the customer. Locked: Any sold PSN can be locked which prevents the user from registration process Data Networks, BSNL, New Delhi

  48. Unlock: Any Lock PSN can be brought back to the "Not Activated" status. This state also referred as Normal status. Expired: If the validity period of PSN is exceed then that PSN is considered as an expired PSN. However expiry period can be extended through the management console. Data Networks, BSNL, New Delhi
