  3. Introduction • The purpose of the Manumet mobile application is the capturing of meter related data in the field.

  4. Home The home page represents the main hub of activities in the application.

  5. Home • Meters - The meters button navigates to the meter list. • Sync - The syncing button navigates to the syncing options. • Stats - The stats button navigates statistics regarding the application and meter reading progress. • Settings - The settings button navigates to the settings menu.

  6. Meters The meters page displays the meters currently on the phone.

  7. Meters • Yellow - The meter is not yet read. • Blue - The meter was read successfully. • Red - The meter’s reading was captured but there is no photo of that reading on the phone.

  8. Meters • Search - Tap on the search button to search for a specific meter by meter number or stand number.

  9. Meters Search – Searching can be done by either meter number or stand number.

  10. Capture Info Tapping on a meter brings up the capture info screen. Information such as meter number and address are displayed here. Tap on the reading textbox to enter the reading. If the specific reading has an issue, tap on the issue button. If there is no issue, tap on the photo button to capture the photo.

  11. Issue Select an issue by tapping on it.

  12. Photo Tap on the part of the screen where the meter is. This will focus the camera in that area.

  13. Photo Next you will have the option to either accept or reject the photo depending on the quality.

  14. Syncing The syncing page allows for the downloading and uploading of readings.

  15. Syncing Download - Tap on the download button to download a meterbook. This should only be done after the meterbook was allocated to the reader on the website. During downloading this will be indicated at the top of the screen as seen below. Upload - Tap on the upload button to upload a meterbook. This will upload all of the completed readings on the phone. During uploading this will be indicated at the top of the screen as seen below.

  16. Settings The settings page allows the user to change settings.

  17. Settings Location - Tap the location button to select the location.

  18. Settings Reader - Tap the reader button to select the reader.

  19. Settings Admin - Tap the admin button to access the administrative settings. This section is password controlled.
