  5. A Comment “I found the CBT training very useful. I use Access and Excel quite a bit to retrieve and organize data. I needed a refresher course on the features of both of these. I took all the courses I could find. I was reminded of things I had forgotten and learned some new things that made my work more efficient. The training modules are short and easy to follow. I still go back to them from time to time when I can not remember a procedure.”

  24. A Comment “Overall, I'm very impressed with the courses, and I really enjoy having the access to them. Although I was familiar with some of the topics, like Excel, going through the courses helped me find things that I didn't know about despite having worked with the program for years. They also helped expose me to new things that I wouldn't have had access to otherwise, and I feel that they are a valuable resource and can help boost work skills.”
