  8. Which tools do we have? Masterplan: • Design ‘OUR’ streets (i.e. planting, traffic, walkways, etc.) • Establish DESIGN GUIDELINES for new building and alteration • Plan FUTURE DEVELOPMENT of infrastructure (i.e; street, car parking, school) • Sumner Urban Panel? • ...more???
