  • RDD is an organizational behavioral disorder, and unfortunately, its causes are illusive and hard to diagnose.

  • Cultural, Social, Political and Economic historical circumstances are believed to be the main cause of RDD

  • Research shows that RDD tends to impact all educational organizations.

  • Some studies have revealed that RDD is a result of unusually low levels of commitment.
