  3. DSS for the Scenario Simulation The Scenario: TBM bombs, delivered by a ship in a NATO and EU country LIMA explode over a football stadium in the LIMA City - a town of LIMA . The explosive effects of the TBMs, and contamination due to the radioactive material attached to the explosive TBM Warheads, is considered. Аn air launched attack that includes the dispersion of the radioactive material in accordance with specific meteorological parameters suited the requirements of the exercise organizers relative to involving the facilities in the town of Lima City.
