  6. It is not enough to know the proper acronyms, programs and funding options specific to military enrollments… Interaction with military students requires a unique combination of: Clarity Respect Appreciation

  7. Whether your school has a dedicated military admissions team or not… every military student has already earned our respect Now it is up to your Admissions Advisors to earn theirs.

  8. “At Ease” with Military Students is available as a stand-alone 3-hour seminar or can be incorporated as a 3-hour segment of a larger scope training program. Seminar groups should be no larger than 20-25 participants for optimum interaction. All university Admissions or Academic Advisors who interact with all three categories of potential or enrolled military students can benefit from this training. Military students present unique communication challenges requiring mastery of specific conversational nuances. Understand who they are – not just what they do.
