Florida Traffic Infraction Detector LawRed-Light-Running-Camera (RLRC) F.S. 316.0083 • Effective July 1, 2010, authorizes cities, counties, and DHSMV to operate RLRCs (Traffic Infraction Detectors). • Citation : $158 (Notification within 30 days of violation) • Right-hand turn in a careful and prudent manner where right-hand turns are permissible. • A manufacturer or vendor may not receive a fee or remuneration based upon the number of violations detected
