21. P.E. and Games • Your child needs a white T-shirt, black or navy shorts and black pumps. • In the interests of safety for all: Please ensure your child does not wear ear-rings on P.E. and Games days. • Children may wear a tracksuit for games lessons if they wish.

22. Reminders • Please ensure that your child arrives in the playground by 8:50 am. • Normal sleeper type studs are allowed for pupils with pierced ears, no other types are permitted for health and safety reasons. • No jewellery is permitted except for a wrist watch. • No nail varnish is permitted. • All pupils are encouraged to bring a maximum 500ml, preferably clear bottle to school for use in class (water only.) Suitable bottles are on sale at the office at £2. • All personal items require the child’s name please. • THANK YOU.

23. Parking and general safety at the school entrance • Please support the “voluntary” one way system in operation in George Avenue. • Please respect our neighbours in George Avenue and do not obstruct or block driveways. • Please no parking or turning in the access road or the school staff car park. • Please consider parking further away and walking some of your journey. • Make the safety and wellbeing of everyone especially the children the most urgent priority no matter what the weather conditions may be! • Help prevent any serious incident or accident.
